The humeral nail can be used for retrograde of antegrade
inseration.
In both approaches, the special design of the nail
ensure an optimal position of the locking holes. The
numerous locking possibilities ensure good fixation
even of short distal or proximal fragments.
The humeral nail is available in diameter of 6.5mm
and 7.5mm. The humeral nail comes only in the solid
version. Proximally and distally the 6.5mm and 7.5mm
nail uses 3.4mm fully threaded self tapping screws.
