FIBERKNOT® Ligament Anchors
For Shoulder Instability Repair

FIBERKNOT® is an all suture anchor with smaller in size that does not mitigate strength. The FIBERKNOT® Soft Ligament Anchor is composed of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) suture and is available in 1.5 mm (single loaded) and 1.8 mm (double loaded) sizes. FIBERKNOT® requires a smaller pilot hole compared to traditional anchors, minimizing bone removal and decreasing the overall anchor footprint, while still providing superior strength. The FIBERKNOT® anchor is available with flexible driver for easy insertion through curved sleeve. It is available in various combination of fiber and fiber tape.
The curved and straight sleeves of FIBERKNOT®enable delivery around a curve and perpendicular placement for posterior SLAP and inferior Bankart repairs.
The drill ensures accurate pilot hole placement with both straight and curved sleeves.

MINI-VIM PK® Ligament Anchor (PEEK)

The MINI-VIM PK® Ligament anchors are available in a variety of sizing and suture options. The MINI-VIM PK® is a non-absorbable PEEK suture anchor with a material eyelet which provides superior abrasion resistance due to PEEK's low coefficient of friction. Anchor insertion and delivery are made simple by drilling through a spear and inserting the anchor through the same spear into the drilled hole. Mini-Vim PK® Ligament anchor is a Tap-in/Bang-on anchor. It is available in 3 size options, Dia. 2.8mm (single loaded), Dia. 3.0mm (double loaded) & Dia. 3.5mm (double loaded). Dia. 3.0mm is also available with a needle option for mini open procedures.

MINI-VIM® Ligament Anchor (Titanium)

The MINI-VIM® Ligament anchors are titanium anchors available in 2.8mm and 3.5mm diameters and come preloaded with USP #2 suture. In most cases, the implant can be manually inserted using the handled version. A drill is available for use in hard bone if desired. For arthroscopic applications, the MINI-VIM® Ligament anchor can be inserted through the small diameter MINI-VIM® spear eliminating the need for a cannula. This is ideal for SLAP and subscapularis repairs where a small stab incision and percutaneous delivery of the implant is preferred. MINI-VIM® Ligament anchor is Screw-in anchor.
The average pull-out strength of MINI-VIM® 2.8mm ligament anchor is 176N*.

VIMFIX®-LR Ligament Anchor (Knotless for Lateral row)

The VIMFIX®-LR is a fully-threaded, knotless anchor designed for use with BioFiber suture or BioFiber® Tape in rotator cuff repair using the bridge techniques. It provides maximum pull-out and insertion strength while saving time. The simple knotless technique consists of passing sutures or tapes through tissue, loading them through the closed VIMFIX®-LR eyelet which is then inserted into a bone socket. Tension is visualized, adjusted and locked into position with the VIMFIX®-LR anchor body. VIMFIX®-LR anchor is cannulated and vented to minimize material and to allow for potential bony ingrowth. The anchor is available in 4.75mm and 5.5mm diameter, and PEEK material which is a thermoplastic material with excellent biocompatibility and bio-stability characteristics.
The VIMFIX®-LR is twist-in knotless anchor. The anchor is available in two variants, one is VIMFIX®-LRP and other is VIMFIX®-LRT. VIMFIX®-LRP with a PEEK body and a PEEK eyelet. VIMFIX®-LRT with a PEEK body and a metal (titanium) eyelet. The VIMFIX®-LR can be used in the Knotless double-row rotator cuff repair technique.

SUPER-VIM® Ligament Anchor (Titanium)

The SUPER-VIM® design incorporates a cancellous thread with a very small core diameter to maximize pull-out strength in cancellous or osteoporotic bone. Each SUPER-VIM ® comes with two or three #2 fiber sutures of contrasting colors to maximize soft tissue fixation and allow suture identification. The SUPER-VIM® anchors have two suture eyelets to minimize the possibility of having the second suture lock after the first suture is tied.

Biceps Tenodesis Repair

VIMFIX®-BT Ligament Anchor (Knotless)

The VIMFIX®-BT Tenodesis implants are designed for all-arthroscopic proximal biceps tenodesis. The efficient system is designed to save steps and minimize the length of the procedure. The implants feature a unique PEEK tip that is used to steer the biceps tendon to the bottom of the bone socket without the need to externalize or whipstitch the tendon. There is no need to predetermine tendon length, as position and tension are easily set and visualized prior to final anchor insertion.
Strong fixation is obtained by simply advancing the preloaded VIMFIX®-BT Tenodesis Screw. The system also features Tenodesis Fluted Solid reamers with built-in guide tips that eliminate the need to ream over a guide pin. BUTTONFIX-F Fixation Button with Loop is a knotless system which provides the solution for Acromioclavicular Joint Repair. The BUTTONFIX-F repair kit comprises a fixation button with USP size 5 BioFiber Loop which has an oblong shape Button (3mm Width) and round shape button (Dia. 8mm).
Using the specialized 2.4mm Beath pin and 3.2mm Drill bit, a tunnel is made through the clavicle and coracoid which allows the button to pass through the tunnel smoothly. This technique is a minimally invasive technique for acromioclavicular joint stabilization.

Biofiber® Tape

BioFiber® Tape is an ultra-high strength 2 mm width tape using a similar long chain polyethylene structure as the BioFiber® suture. In addition to high demand applications like AC joint reconstruction, knotless double-row rotator cuff repair & Foot & Ankle repair surgeries. The broad footprint of the BioFiber® Tape is appropriate for repairs in degenerative cuff tissue where tissue pull-through may be a concern.

BioFiber® Loop


BioFiber® Loop is a continuous loop of BioFiber® with straight & curved needle options. The needles are easy to handle and move freely on the suture to recenter itself after passing through tissue and facilitating even tension. Graft preparation using BioFiber® Loop in conjunction with the Whipstitch technique drastically reduces the time spent preparing the graft, uniformly compresses the graft, improves strength and allows for last minute adjustments in graft length.

Reusable Suture Passer

The Suture Passer has various curved tip configurations for arthroscopic Bankart, SLAP & rotator cuff repairs. The Suture Passer can be preloaded with a Nitinol loop or p-dioxanone suture or nylon monofilament suture to accomplish a simple shuttle step to pass suture through the tissue. The Suture Passer features a thumb pad for one-hand wire advancement. These are available in various tip configurations of straight, 25 degree curved and 45 degree curved.

BioLatarjet® (Latarjet / Coracoid Process Transfer)

The BioLatarjet® System was designed to help surgeons address the complex issue of anterior glenoid bone loss associated with trauma, bony Bankart, recurrent dislocation or unstable shoulder.
Unique instrumentation helps in making the Latarjet technique more convenient. The Coracoid holding forceps helps in grasping coracoid process and prepare the graft. The curved osteotome is specially designed for coracoid graft retrieval. Retractors provided in the set ensures easy exposure of the joint.

The flat head design provides a flat surface on the coracoid to minimize stress risers and coracoid fractures. 1.3mm cannulation accepts 1.2mm flexible guide wire.
